What is it?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is based on a set of fundamental beliefs about leadership and organizations:

All too often, teams work sub-optimally, leaving knowledge untapped in team members

How can My Team Engage with LSP?
Every LSP workshop is tailored and customized to meet specific objectives. Custom workshops range from a minimum of 2.5 hours to multi-days, depending on the scope of the outcomes. Example workshops include:
Team development: establishing team norms and guiding principles
Strategy visioning: aligning on strategic priorities
Community building: connecting on shared values and forging stronger bonds
Landscape mapping: identifying and uncovering opportunities, challenges, and risks
Relationship cultivation: strengthening interpersonal dynamics
