AiLun Ku has spent her career doing exactly what Just.Good.Company. was built to do — growing leaders, building institutions, and refusing to separate strategic ambition from equitable practice.

As the longtime President & CEO of The Opportunity Network, she scaled a beloved New York City organization from a $1M, six-person operation to a $14M+ institution with a staff of 80 — proving that mission-driven growth and operational rigor are not in tension, but in partnership. Along the way, she launched two proprietary learning platforms: one developed in partnership with Michelle Obama's Reach Higher initiative that reached over 100,000 users nationally, and TALA, The Asian American Foundation's flagship leadership accelerator for AANHPI emerging leaders.

Her work has never been confined to a single sector or a single room. AiLun has convened global leaders at the United Nations General Assembly on equitable AI futures, delivered mainstage keynotes at Deloitte University, and led facilitation and advisory engagements worldwide. She is a Pahara Fellow, an MIT Media Lab Director's Fellow, a Heckscher Leadership Fellow, a board member of The Marcy Lab School, and an Advisory Board Member at Quill.org.

She is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method Facilitator — because she believes the best thinking happens when people are fully in their bodies, not just their heads.
